  1. This week, lets regulate our eating in a way that listens to our own body’s needs.
  2. Lets accept that we come in all shapes and sizes and health needs.
  3. Lets manage our emotions without using food as the only way of coping with distress.

Week 39:

Find the upside of eating 1/2 of your normal portion. Eat 1/2 of your normal portion and take 15 minutes to do it.
