Focus: Boundaries


Week 45:  

Let’s build some walls, let’s call it our first line of defense! If we have these in place during storms or life’s challenges we can bounce back faster. Resilience is the real power we are striving for.

**1. Eat without any distractions: emotional (bored, tired, stressed, or hey it’s a party), because it’s right there in front of you. Eat only because your stomach says it’s go time.

2. Set your limits: you can’t set good boundaries if you are not exactly sure where you stand. Say No (nicely but firmly) and Do not explain yourself.
3. Feel your feelings: don’t numb them with food.
