Focus: Giving Back
Week 49: Give Something daily.
Whether it be a kind compliment, a sincere thank you note, or buying the person behind you in line a free drink, I challenge you to start giving back, one day at a time! The littlest of kind notations make a huge impact on everyone around you.
Week 50: Giving Back doesn’t have to cost you money.
This week let’s practice one or all of these 3 simple ways to give back to our community.
1. Spread awareness for a cause you believe in
2. Donate old clothes/belongings to a charity
3. Write a thank you card “just because”
Week 51: Say YES to being Positive
