August 2018 – Gratitude
Week 32- This week’s challenge is to say hi to everyone, make them say hi back! Do it with a smile and see how it makes you feel.
Week 33 – Find 3 new things, each day, to be grateful for.
Week 34 – This week, every time we are seduced by yummy food, lets stop and try doing something you have found impossible.
Week 35 – In an effort to take back our health, I challenge you to think before you take action. This week think of something that needs to be changed. Then go for it! **Check Facebook group page for examples!
