How Many Steps Are You Taking?

Track Your Steps

There are quite a few benefits of controlling and viewing how many steps you actually take. The two most important to me are Safety and Motivation. The safety aspect of step tracking also comes with other benefits that these applications on our phones and devices have to offer. For example, pulse reading, sleep levels, blood pressure, and so much more. Believe it or not, many of the step tracking apps have those benefits these days. And tracking our steps is actually an extra safety precaution as well to keep our bodies and minds in the best shape possible.

Which is actually where the motivation aspect comes in. When we see how many steps we are taking, we actually get a boost of motivation to beat our record, beat our steps the previous day, or even compete with friends and family. Making exercising throughout the day a fun activity. I couldn’t recommend step tracking more on a daily routine, and that is why I would like to let you know my two favorite pedometer apps for your phone!

Google Fit

This is made by Google, so it is clearly one of the best on the market, plus its free! Not only does it help you track your steps, time, and heart points, but it also connects up to a variety of smart watches! Which makes it even easier track your steps around the house when you aren’t carrying your phone!

This is my favorite all time. Not only does it help you track your steps, but it also tracks tons of other things! Like calorie counting, macro tracking, fitness tracking, and water tracking to name a few. It also lets you scan the food you eat and automatically enters it into your diet data!

This is another step tracking app a you can tell from the title. It has a really easy to use platform as well, so it is great for those who aren’t great with their phone apps. Keep in mind though, that this app is better for timed work outs instead of all around 24/7 step tracking.

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed! Be sure to download one or more of these apps to get yourself motivated and to start tracking your health!
