Cooking Perfected – Two Must Have Home Chef Tools

For those of you who are kitchen tool lovers and inspiring home chefs, I have a couple of my favorite products that I would like to discuss. They aren’t fancy, ultra-high-tech gadgets, but they are absolutely beautiful and well-used in my home, to say the least. Without further ado, the Shun Hikari Chef’s Knife and the All-Clad TK Roaster, two different tools with very different purposes, yet with the same end result in mind – a perfect meal.

Shun Hikari 8” Chef’s Knife – This is, in my opinion, one of the prettiest knives on the market. They are hand-crafted in Japan with a lot of attention to detail. The handle is made of birch PakkaWood, which is moisture (and in turn, bacteria) resistant. The blade itself is stainless with a gorgeous pattern that resembles Damascus. This knife is so great, it won 2016’s Kitchen Knife of the Year. So, if you’re looking for a new knife, look no further! This is the one. If you’re having doubts, just head to your nearest Williams Sonoma to get a closer look; but be warned, there’s a 99% chance you will buy it and more!

All-Clad TK Stainless-Steel Oven Roaster – If you know me personally, then you know I like to use stainless-steel cookware. Maybe it’s that it I know it will last a long time, or maybe it is because all food looks beautiful browning at the bottom of a glimmering silver pan. Either way, this oven roaster is big enough to fit 17 inches of vegetables, seafood, or anything else you can think to cook up. In other words, it can fit a 15lb turkey for this year’s (quickly nearing) Thanksgiving, and pretty much every Thanksgiving from then on. This is also a product you can view/purchase at Williams Sonoma, or online at pretty much any kitchen website.

Do any of you have either of these? If so, let us know your thoughts, as I am sure they are bound to be great. Thanks for reading, and don’t forget to Subscribe for more great, and always free content!
